Dear Mr. Barron,

We had become aware of our needs of a competent elder attorney, after witnesses a neighbor come close to losing her place to live due to her husband's medical issues. A financial advisor recommended Mr. Barron. We found him to be understanding and concerned with our personal needs. He layed out a plan for us. We have followed the plan and are satisfied that all our concerns were addressed. We have great peace of mind, as well as our children, that help is readily available in the future. We have recommended him to several friends.

Thanks Mr. Barron for addressing the needs of the elderly in this area.

Sylvia B.

When my mother and dad were admitted to the nursing home, I started calling Medicaid and Veteran's Affairs. This alone took a lot of time, staying on hold for someone. Once I got to talk to someone the questions they ask, took a lot of research on my part, trying to find those answers, then I would have to call back, stay on hold. Once I got a live person most of my answers were not enough, causing me to have to do more research and calling back again.

Richard, you had a meeting in Denton, Texas, about ways to help people dealing with Veteran's Affairs and Medicaid.

Richard, after meeting with you for help, you don't know how much help you have been. Your help and knowledge has been great.

Dear Mr. Barron,

You are the most recommended elderly lawyer by per agencies and organizations. I called when I needed someone to prepare our legal documents. You prepared them n a professional and timely manner. Your experiences and expertise enlightened our mind, giving us peace of mind that we have been able to go to sleep better these days. Thank you for your services and care. I definitely recommend to any family and friends.

God bless.

Dear Mr. Barron,

My mother and I came to your office on a referral from a friend. It was such a pleasure working with you and your staff, always very professional and quick to reply to any questions we might have had and continue to have. We appreciate your dedication and continued seminars on educating us on new and upcoming laws.

Dear Mr. Barron,

I wish to thank you and your staff for all of your help. You lifted a great burden in getting my wife's Medicaid. You did all you said and a great deal more.

Dear Mr. Barron and Staff,

If we lived in a perfect world, we would never have disputes, conflicts or legal issues to resolve, because everyone would do the right thing. We would not have all the government laws to navigate. However…..that is not the case so we ask lawyers like Mr. Barron to guide us through the very rough waters. From the start of our journey, when my mom entered the nursing home, Mr. Barron and his staff have been at the helm of our ship as we navigated the laws of Medicaid and the V.A. They have been there to answer my questions and give me direction when I was confused and frustrated. I appreciate them soooo much.

Dear Mr. Barron,

We would like to express our appreciation for your attendance to our concerns to help provide for our family after our demise. It was a relief to set up the trust for our special needs child. The instruction sheets you provided were extremely helpful in placing our assets in our family trust. I know our sons will appreciate not having to deal with the financial part of our estates.

Dear Mr. Barron,

I can't thank you enough for the piece of mind you have given me and my family during the transition of my Mother's estate. You handled everything as if it were your own family.

We truly appreciate the genuine concern and foresight you gave when I was ready to throw in the towel. Thank you and your wonderful staff, Amanda and Susan, for all you've done for us.

Dear Mr. Barron,

You turned a tough subject into a good experience. We asked to update our Wills and your recommendations on doing a more thorough job with the other documents was very much appreciated. We feel that we got a task done AND a future relationship with someone we trust.

The other benefit has been to open up these discussions with other extended family members. Good for everyone. We doubly appreciate your SMU connection.

Thank you,

Les S.
